Athletics Spirit Marks

Notre Dame uses a family of marks for our athletics brand, the most prominent being the Notre Dame monogram. Within the athletics context, the monogram is used as the primary mark. The leprechaun, shamrock, and wordmarks can also be used to identify one of our athletic entities.

The athletics spirit marks should never be used in place of the academic mark.

Using Spirit Marks

The licensing department must be contacted to verify correct usage and standards before any visual identity or new design incorporating a Notre Dame symbol is used by either the public or the University community.
