Administrative Office Lock-ups


Correct formatting for department return addresses on letterhead, envelopes, and other related collateral
Consistency is important to the success of the identity program and overall brand recognition. The standards in this section should be used by all administrative departments to identify various programs and services.
Administrative Branding
If you have questions about this branding protocol, contact Tim Legge. For some administrative units, specific branding is permitted. Typically this applies to areas of the University where defined categories of focus aid the brand and align with University goals. Examples include research, international, and faith.
- Do not create unique departmental marks.
- Do not recreate or change this lockup.
- Departments and academic degree program lockups should only be used on stationery and business correspondence. They may be used for return addresses on certain print materials.
Example:

A brochure may include the academic mark only, while the envelope defines the department.

Vehicle Branding
The University has identified one preferred vendor for applying branding to any vehicle.
